Beach Breeze Services Weather Policy:

At Beach Breeze Services, we are committed to providing excellent service. However, safety is our top priority. Weather conditions, considered force majeure events, can impact our ability to set up and operate.

  • Safety and Variable Weather: High winds (22 MPH or greater), gale warnings, heavy rain, thunderstorms, lightning and exceptionally high tides create unsafe conditions requiring service adjustments or cancellations, even on sunny days. Weather conditions can and will change rapidly.

    • Thunderstorm winds are especially hazardous—unlike regular coastal wind, they can arrive suddenly and with extreme force.

    • Some days may experience quick, high gusts that pass, while others involve sustained high winds—it's the consistent

For your safety, please NEVER attempt to interfere or handle any equipment during these situations. Our team is trained to manage setups in adverse conditions, and outside interference or guest interaction may increase the risk of injury or damage. While we can’t control nature, we do everything possible to prepare for it and respond quickly.

  • Service Adjustments:

    • Full-Day Cancellations: Services will be canceled if adverse weather is predicted or is actively affecting the majority of your booked service day.

    • Partial-Day Disruptions: Services may experience delayed setup or early takedown if weather impacts any portion of the day. A partial day disruption will still result in a full day charge.

  • Communication: We will provide notifications via text message regarding any weather-related impacts to your booking as soon as possible.

  • Refunds: Direct bookings with Beach Breeze Services are eligible for prorated refunds only when a full-day cancellation occurs before setup due to adverse weather conditions.

    Once equipment has been set up, the service has been rendered. If weather conditions later worsen, including sustained winds exceeding 30 MPH, gale warnings being issued, or equipment malfunctioning due to increased wind conditions, refunds will not be provided.

    Beach Breeze Services reserves the right to modify, delay, remove, or cancel services at any time when necessary to protect guests, employees, equipment, or property.
