    1. Daily Setup: Your Shibumi Shade shelter will be set up by 10:00 a.m. each morning.

    2. Location Notification: We'll send you a text message containing:

      A pinpoint location of your shelter.

      A photo showing its location relative to beach landmarks.

    3. Shaded Relaxation: Enjoy a fun-filled beach day with ample shade provided by your shelter.

    4. Evening Takedown: We will take down your shelter after 5:30 p.m. each evening.

    • Secure checkout — we accept all major credit and debit cards.

    5. Meet us on the Shore! (Keep a lookout for a confirmation email!)

    To ensure the best experience, we require that all bookings be made at least 72 hours in advance. We are unable to accommodate same-day bookings. However, if you have an urgent request, please call us directly at (910) 708-9777, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs
