1. Daily Setup: Your beach cabana shelter will be set up by 10:00 a.m. each morning.

2. Location Notification: We'll send you a text message containing:

• • A pinpoint location of your shelter.

  • A photo showing its location relative to beach landmarks.

  • Your shelter will be marked with a sign displaying your last name.

3. Shaded Relaxation: Enjoy a fun-filled beach day with ample shade provided by your shelter.

4. Evening Takedown: We will take down your shelter after 5:30 p.m. each evening.

We provide our services in Emerald Isle and the Crystal Coast area.

Beach Breeze Services Weather Policy:

At Beach Breeze Services, we are committed to providing excellent service. However, safety is our top priority. Weather conditions, considered force majeure events, can impact our ability to set up and operate.

• Safety and Variable Weather: High winds (22 MPH or greater), heavy rain, or thunderstorms create unsafe conditions requiring service adjustments or cancellations, even on sunny days. Weather conditions can and will change rapidly.

• Service Adjustments:

  • Full-Day Cancellations: Services will be canceled if adverse weather is predicted or is actively affecting the majority of your booked service day.

  • Partial-Day Disruptions: Services may experience delayed setup or early takedown if weather impacts any portion of the day. A partial day disruption will still result in a full day charge.

• Communication: We will provide notifications via text message regarding any weather-related impacts to your booking as soon as possible.

• Refunds: Direct bookings with Beach Breeze Services are eligible for prorated refunds for full-day cancellations due to high winds, heavy rain, or thunderstorms. Please call or text to request a refund if a day's services are canceled.

Yes of course! Yes of course! You can get cooler and trash services by selecting options in the Additional Services section of your cart.

Our ice and trash service includes a 7 pound bag of fresh ice delivered daily, along with a five gallon trash can with a liner. This is available to add on during the booking process.

We’ll text you a location notification each morning with:

• A sign with your last name on your shelter

Staying in an oceanfront home?

We’ll place your setup directly outside your house.

Staying at a beach access rental?

We’ll set up as close as possible to your nearest beach access.

Yes of course! You can add extra chairs by selecting options in the Additional Services section of your cart.

Yes of course! You are able to get as many as you would like from only one cabana to ten! This includes mixing and matching i.e. one cabana setup and one umbrella setup.

Yes! While we don’t supply beach wheelchairs ourselves, Emerald Isle does offer them for free pickup at the Fire Station. If you’re planning to use one, just let us know in advance—we’re happy to pickup, coordinate, and set up your beach equipment in an accessible location that works best for you.

Spikeball is a team sport played by two teams of two players. Opposing teams line up across from each other with the Spikeball net in the center. The ball is put in play with a serve—a hit by the server from behind the service boundary into the net to an opposing player. Once the ball is served players can move anywhere they want. The object of the game is to hit the ball into the net so that the opposing team cannot return it.  A team is allowed up to three touches to return the ball. The rally continues until the ball is not returned properly.

Yes, we can accommodate cabana setups in non-beach locations upon request. When booking, please include this request in the 'Anything else or specific requests?' section of the booking form.
